Michael was born in Baltimore, Maryland and moved to Oklahoma in 1983. He is an Eagle Scout. He joined the United States Army while in High School and served in the Oklahoma Army National Guard where he received an Army Commendation Medal. Mr. Antkowiak was the Honor Graduate and received the Oklahoma Sergeant Major's Award at the Oklahoma Military Academy's PLDC Course in 1993. He was Honorably discharged in March of 2002 at the rank of Sergeant after serving 13 years.
Michael attended Oklahoma State University in Stillwater and graduated in 1994 with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Sociology. He was the Command Sergeant Major 7th Regiment Pershing Rifles. Michael is a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the Political Science Fraternity and Honor Society.
He attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He served in student government while at Law School, graduating in 1996 with a Juris Doctorate. Michael is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Worker's Compensation Section. He is a member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He was also a member of the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel and Lawyers for Working Oklahomans where he serves on the CLE Board.
Michael has given seminars and lectures for the Oklahoma Bar Association, numerous employers and employer groups, and the Oklahoma Safety Counsel. He has published numerous articles regarding various legal issues and specifically regarding Workers Compensation.
Michael is an experienced trial lawyer having tried thousands of cases in his 19 years of practice. His experience as a defense lawyer as well as a claimant/plaintiff lawyer gives him a unique perspective on handling cases.
Gary is an Oklahoma native born in Stroud, OK. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in Geology in 1972 and the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1975. At that time, he received his Juris Doctorate. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma County Bar, the American Bar Association and the Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association. Gary is also a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. He is of Counsel with the Law Firm Carr and Carr in Oklahoma City and Tulsa. He is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Courts in the Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma.
He is a member of the International Legal Fraternity Phi Delta Phi. He is a licensed mediator with the Workers Compensation Court and Workers Compensation Commission. He is the most selected mediator at the Court. He has given a number of seminars and lectures on mediation for the Bar Association and the Workers Compensation Court of Oklahoma. Gary is also a member of Lawyers for Working Oklahomans (LWO).
Mr. Morris is an experienced Trial lawyer who has tried and mediated thousands of cases. Gary has spoken at many OK Bar Association functions and given many seminars for his peers and colleauges on various topics. He is a Fellow in the Oklahoma Bar Foundation. Gary is a Judge for many of Oklahoma's Indian Tribes.
